U.S. Representatives Rosa DeLauro (CT-03), Rep. Earl Blumenauer (OR-03), and Rep. Tom Suozzi (NY-03) join Rethink Trade and other partners on a press conference to release a letter signed by a majority of House Democrats on the #deminimis loophole.
